FAQs

  • Our high-quality 14k gold chains are durable and made to last on your wrist, however if you need to remove your bracelet you can cut it with scissors.

  • When we put on your jewelry, we use high heat on the chain only to weld it shut.

  • Please send in a request via our online form or call us during normal business hours at 401-658-3030.

  • Our delicate chains are chosen for their minimalist design and ease for everyday wear. If your jewelry were to break, we will do be able to reweld it for $25. Please note, we are not liable for lost chains.

  • If you need to remove your bracelet for any reason, simply cut it off with scissors. Cut the ring that attaches the chain together to ensure the cleanest look. Re-welds cost $25.

    Keep in mind that you may be required to remove your jewelry during medical procedures such as X-Rays or MRI’s. Consult your doctor if this will be required.

  • Yes, but please be aware that anklets and necklaces are much more likely to get snagged, stretch, or break. Wear at your own risk.

  • TSA won’t ask you to remove fine jewelry when going through security. Your jewelry will travel with you no matter where you go!

  • Yes! We offer sterling silver in certain designs!

  • Yes! Just purchase a gift card for the amount you’d like to cover.
